While sourcing and securing high-performing partners remains a core capability, it accounts for around 10% of what we do. Our real value lies in everything that surrounds and supports a successful lateral hire.
Our fee structure includes services designed to de-risk the entire recruitment process. We conduct our work providing enough information to enable effective and independent due diligence on both sides, ensuring cultural and behavioural alignment, practice sustainability and client compatibility. As a fully independent search firm, we operate free from conflicts of interest—meaning we can access the widest pool of potential candidates and act solely in our clients’ best interests.
Our work doesn’t stop once an offer is accepted. We support onboarding and integration through structured transition planning and executive coaching during the first 90 days. This ensures that new partners are not only placed—but positioned to succeed, lead, and grow.
