Briefing & Discovery

We begin with a detailed consultation to understand your strategic objectives, team culture, and the specific requirements of the mandate. Where possible, we will meet with all main stakeholders and obtain their input on the mandate. This stage ensures complete alignment and lays the foundation for an agreed, targeted and insight-led search.

Research & Mapping

Whilst our research teams continuously track partner moves in each of our markets, they will, based on agreed perimeters, conduct a bespoke, comprehensive but confidential market analysis, identifying potential candidates across target firms, their organisational structures, specialisms and jurisdictions. We develop a detailed longlist based on expertise, our own initial internal due diligence, reputation, and cultural fit. Unlike many of our counterparts, we share our research with exclusive clients.

Outreach & Engagement

Once we have agreed outreach methods, we engage discreetly and directly with high-calibre individuals, positioning your opportunity with credibility and clarity. Our approach is relationship-led and grounded in trust, ensuring access to passive talent. At all stages, we are mindful of your reputation and appreciate that who you approach is important and who you ultimately hire sends a message to the market. Perception is everything.

Assessment & Shortlisting

All candidates are rigorously assessed against your brief, with a focus on track record, leadership capability, as well as commercial and cultural values alignment. We deliver a shortlist with tailored candidate reports, including psychometrics, in-depth lateral partner questionnaires, as well as market intelligence.

Initial Meetings & Offer Management

We support the process leading up-to initial and partnership meetings,  advising on structure, feedback, and alignment. When a preferred candidate is identified, we manage offer negotiations with discretion and transparency to secure the right outcome for both parties.

Onboarding

Our work doesn’t stop once an offer is accepted. We support onboarding and integration through structured transition planning and executive coaching during the first 90 days. This ensures that new partners are not only placed—but positioned to succeed, lead, and grow.
